MASTER YOUR PITCH
"Captivate and Convince in Under 3 Minutes"
with Amélie Blanckaert, public speaking expert
What's the recipe for a good pitch? Amélie Blanckaert, a public speaking expert, shared her formula with our entrepreneurs at this Breakfast Club. The answer is three words: short, simple, one idea.
Keep it short. Keep it simple. And focus on just one good idea; not two, not three. One.
But that's not all. Often, a pitch doesn't succeed the first time. You have to persevere. Test. Adjust. Then, at some point, everything changes; the words are right, the energy is there, and you find your audience.
What did we take away? Be ultra-prepared, start with the conclusion, and dare to be yourself. Because it's always authenticity that convinces, not perfection.
